Então corte-o em tiras e deixe marinando em uma marinada de sua preferência. Eu fiz uma com shoyo, chimichurri, alho e azeite. Reserve.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2808-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Aqueça o forno em 190 graus, unte uma forma e corte as batatas. Eu gosto de cortá-las rústicas com casca mesmo. Tempere-as com sal, azeite, pimenta do reino e mais algum tempero se preferir. Coloque-as espaçadas na forma e leve para assar por 40 a 50 minutos.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2808-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Então processe ou pique bem pequeno os alhos e a cebola, a pimenta e o pimentão e os tomates. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2808-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Aqueça uma panela, adicione azeite e entre com o alho e a cebola até dourar. Coloque em seguida a pimenta e o pimentão e dê mais uma fritadinha. Acrescente o vinho tinto e os tomates. Finalize com a maionese, melado e sal a gosto. Abaixe o fogo, tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar até reduzir e encorpar o molho, leva de 20 a 30 minutos.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2808-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Aqueça uma frigideira de preferência antiaderente e acrescente azeite ou óleo.
